1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all services offered by Baji ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), including the website at bajilogin.vu, mobile applications, games, sports betting, and related features. By clicking "Register," completing a Baji Login, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us on the basis of these Terms.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the Platform. Creating duplicate, shared, or fake accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all involved accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When completing the Baji Login registration process, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and payment details. You must update your information promptly if any of it changes.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any security PINs.
• All activity that takes place under your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Logging out from shared or public devices after each session.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on Baji are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the following deposit methods for Pakistan players:

5. Withdrawal Policy

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your identity must be verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-linked funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply as displayed in your account dashboard.
• Withdrawal requests are typically reviewed and processed within 1–3 business days.
• Baji reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals or where fraud is suspected.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Baji regularly offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, free bets, and VIP rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following standard conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Each bonus promotion may only be claimed once per account, household, device, or IP address.

7. Sports Betting Rules

Baji offers sports betting across Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football, Esports, and more. The following rules apply to all betting activity on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted.
• For Cricket and PSL matches, results are determined by the official scoreline at the scheduled end of play. In the event of a rain delay or abandonment, the relevant void/reduced-overs rules will apply.
• Baji reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to a palpable error, including mispriced odds caused by a technical fault.
• Live betting (in-play) is offered on selected markets. Odds may be suspended at any time during live events at our discretion.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per market apply and are shown before bet confirmation.

8. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

Baji is committed to maintaining a fair, safe, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Collusion with other players, including sharing hand information in card games or coordinating bets to manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or loopholes. Any winnings obtained through known exploits are not valid and will be reversed.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process proceeds of illegal activity.

• Any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at other players or Baji staff.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

Baji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• These Terms have been violated.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity has occurred.
• Identity verification requirements have not been met.
• The account poses a risk to other players or the integrity of the Platform.

You may also voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any verified remaining balance after all wagering requirements are satisfied will be returned to you via your preferred payment method. Funds linked to active bonuses or pending investigations may be withheld pending review.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Baji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, data loss, or service interruptions caused by technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and accuracy, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
